My cars been in Fraud garage for 4 days, and the saga continues why they can't get it to start. the latest is that the chip on the key is broken and that i need a new chip. This is after they re programmed the key on the 1st day, fitted a new relay 2nd day which did not work, lost a day as they waited for a immobiliser relay, which they tried today and found it made no difference. What are my chances that i will get a result tomorrow? :lol: Mistryman

Got a call today from the garage to say they tried the relay and it did not work? They say they have now got a immobiliser module which they will test and fit tomorrow. They have had my car for 3 days now?? I wonder how much this going to cost me? Can any one tell me what a relay, reprogramming keys , immobiliser module will cost from the fraud squad. :23: Mistryman

Hi My galaxy has been in the ford garage for the last 2 days. I had problems starting it on Monday morning. RAc man said it was a relay problem. Ford mechanics disagreed and said it was the key and need re programming. Today, worryingly, when i called they said they had to call ford technical hotline for help? Apparently it was a relay problem? More worryingly they can't get the part/ They promised to call me tomorrow to give me a update, but i guess it will me calling them? :23: mistryman
