The air con in my Galaxy has started to work only on the passenger side. I took it in to be recharged, but the Ford garage told me that this wasn't the problem. Both the air con motors were tested and found to be working properly. I've been told that the next step to find the fault is to take out the heater box. Labour cost alone for this is
