I have a Mk1 TDI Ghia Galaxy and intermittently my speedo goes fully clockwise and stays there. The only cure I have found is to remove the two electrical connections from the rear of the Instrument Cluster and plug them in again causing the instruments to enter a sweep test and all is well for another couple of weeks. There must an easer way of entering the test/reset mode, can anyone help please
