Hi All, still having problems with my new Galaxy - exasperated by the fact that I am currently in Germany - does anyone have an e-mail address for Ford Customer Relations in UK and/or for Cuff Miller Ford Dealers in Littlehampton ? Thanks, Dave

Refering to my last posting : "Hi everyone - has anyone else experienced a problem with the new 2004 Galaxy pulling to the right ? I have taken mine back to the dealers twice now (it is only a week old ..) with the following problems: 1. Car pulling to the right. 2. Steering wheel wobble (very bad ). 3. Wind noise from drivers door. My previous car was a 2003 Galaxy - same model and spec and I had no problems with it (apart from airbag recall and noisy electric window ...)." I wonder if anyone at Ford visits this site or cares about their customers after the deal is done ? Does anyone have anything good (or bad ) to say about the big company ? By the way the problems still remain - only three weeks old and with 850 miles on it --- customer care ... what customer care !! "Reverse Parking ... It's the way forward .."

Thanks for your comments, I have tried to reject the car but as I bought it VAT Free (HM Forces serving overseas) Ford customer services have told me that I cannot reject it !! They said that their policy for Tax Free vehicles is different than for Tax Paid ... but I find this hard to understand as the vehicle was bought from a UK main dealer in the south of England. The latest news is that the garage (I am currently in Germany) are going to remove the tyres from the wheels and re-fit them to see if this helps .... they have already checked the tracking, rebalanced the wheels and swopped the front and rear wheels around. I still have the problem with wind noise from drivers door even though a new seal was fitted. I am very disappointed with the car - my previous Galaxy (same model and spec) had none of these problems. Any suggestions anyone ? Regards, DTC
