it seems my problems are now sorted it was the water temp sensor thats not reading right my guage was reading higher than actual temp took it to my local garage and he put it on computer everything ok just need to change the offending sensor. life is looking good again

i seem to have hot water coming back to the resovoir. i forgot to mention my temp light stays on even from cold start
