Teresa if you ever get bored of your sporty number let me have a go!! :P As for the brains bit I put in my first post, maybe that was a bit hasty, still I bet you guys know more than I do so thats better than nothing.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys :P I have only had this car for 6 weeks and so far its needed a new water pump and now the windscreen wipers are on a go slow which i have been told to get sorted out. I told you I dont have a very good track record with cars. Lets hope that these are the only things that I have to put right! The reason I have a Galaxy in the first place is that I have 4 girls. My true preference would be to have a little red sporty number but somehow I dont think they would all fit.. Shame :) Thanks again guys looby

Hi Thanks for your reply, I apologise for repeating something that has been covered before. I wouldn't know where to begin in doing the work myself so I will ask the friendly ford mechanic I know to have a look. Hope its not going to cost me too much. Hi there Let me introduce myself, I am Looby aka Sharon and I am a proud owner of a galaxy, hence the reason I have joined this forum! Thing is I have a very poor track record when it comes to cars and with a usless hubby who only knows how to drive a car I thought this site would be a good way to get some technical help if things should happen to go wrong. Hello new to the site so I apologise if this has been posted before. I have looked but not found anything related to my query. I have a Y reg man Pet Galaxy and I have only had it for 6 weeks. I have noticed that the windscreen wipers are slow. Is this normal for this car or do I have a problem?
