  1. Hello Jed, We have a 2008.5 Ghia and it didn't come with a tonneau cover - we had to buy one as an accessory. I agree that it is measly of ford when you are paying a very tidy sum for a car already. Regards, peter.
  2. Hello Neil, Thanks for you reply. Perhaps I didn't explain myself properly, because what I'm asking about is a net that goes from the boot floor to the roof to prevent luggage in the boot falling forward onto the back seat passengers when the boot is loaded above the seat line. Cheers, Peter.
  3. Hello All, I have a Mk3 Galaxy and I'm thinking about buying a load protection net. It is described as a 'durable retention net that keeps your items secure in the luggage department while you're on the move' in the Galaxy brochure. In the picture, which is very small, it looks like it goes from the floor to the roof. It looks like it would be a good solution to the problem of having a fully loaded boot (to the roof). I have tried a couple of Ford main dealers, but neither has been able to give me any more details or have even seen one. They only suggest that I have to buy one to see what it's like! Has anyone got one of these? If so, would you recommend it? Comments and advice appreciated. Thanks, Peter.
  4. Thanks Andy, that makes a lot of sense as the car does have that. Pity the dealer couldn't explain that! Also, thanks for your reply Nick - the space is behind the seats and so it is still accessible when the seats are down. Cheers, Peter.
  5. Hello All, We have recently taken delivery of a 2008 and 1/2 spec (according to the dealer) MKIII 2.0 TDCI Ghia Galaxy and it doesn't have underfloor storage at the back of the boot, as we saw in all of the cars we looked at in showrooms, etc. The dealer cannot explain this (despite being a main dealer). Does anyone know why this is? Is it an error/fault? Thanks, Peter.
  6. Hello again Stu, Forgot to say - I didn't need to get any brackets for the cover to fit onto/into - they were already on the car. It is a 2008 1/2 Spec (as the dealer calls it) 2.0 TDCI Ghia. Cheers, Peter.
  7. Hello Stu, I took delivery of a new Galaxy about 3 weeks ago and was surprised it didn't come with a load cover (Ford call it a 'Tonneau' cover, I think). I bought one from the Ford Main dealer I bought the car from for about
