hi pal them 91 load index on your car are way too low for a galaxy they have too be atleast 94 index and upwards reinforced or xl extra load is a must .for when the vehicle is fully loaded or towing . also low index will cause sort tyre life and even more prone to blow outs.and could invalid your car insurance as we all know insurance company will they there hardest not to pay out when comes to low tread and wrong speed and load indexs. and when you looking for a tyre for vehicle buy the best you can the galaxy is not the best handling vehicle on the road. i have pirelli pzero rosso's 2254517 94w xl on my galaxy very grippy and hard wearing but at a price 273.00 with a 30.00 cash back on fuel for the pair and 60.00 pound back on a set. from pirelli agent in my area

hi all have alittle problem with car cutting out only for a split second it sounds like a relay problem when starting car this morning when reving engine i could hear a relay clicking every time i touched the throtle. and suddenly engine stooled.restarted ok when this happened the glow plug light came on can any one tell what that my be as i think its a relay and can any one tell me what each relay does by number or position. mk 1 galaxy 1.9 tdi 90ghp on 98 year.

what relay do u think it could be or shall i just feel for the one getting hottest. i say feel because there a barstard to get too.

i have the same problem i followed the vacum pipe from my air box and found two boxes were a few vacum pipes plug too with electrical wiring too and there is a feed off to acuator and turbo can any one tell what these two boxes are because that is were my noise is coming from so i know what im ordering

REMOVED MID SEACTION OF EXHAUST STRAGHT THROUGH STAINLESS PIPE AND STANLESS STEEL REAR BOX BUT NOT EXPOSED BOX I DONT WANT TO LOOK LIKE A GARY BOY MADE A COPY OF OLD SYSTEM BUT WITH BIGGER EXITS. tyre's that u have had fitted good choice and good grip but be sure that your tracking is bang on data. or you will be paying out new one's very soon . simple way of knowing if tracking is out while driving is hold your steering wheel in the straight posistion and if u find your car pulling in one direction mostly galaxy like to pull to the left then your tracking is out. so get it sorted . the best places to get it tracked would be place that tracks it twice one that will adjust the tracking to the manufactor data then ask u to come back after a 1000 miles to see how the tyres wearing and then readjust tracking if visual inpection shows uneven tyre wear . the reason for this is that tracking data given to mechanics is really only good for vehicles from new to about a year old and u'll find that the vehicle is not the same as it was from new . like suspension height or wear and tear on bushes or if u have lowering suspension. this all changes tracking data for the vehicale

hi pal had the same problem last week with my galaxy the same year and a 90bhp mod. i could hear a relay on the ignition clicking like mad under the dash i took out my speedo and so could access the relay had a play and now is all good lose wiring on relay

hi pal in same boat as u now only this second found mine i just unscrewed my speedo and rev counter u can see relays but its a bit tight i would'nt un plug dash just put it to one side
