We have a 56 Plate Galaxy Zetec with a factory fitted hands free kit and voice activation. It works reasonably when I use it, but completely ignores my wife's voice - so is completely useless to her as you can't make calls without using voice instructions. Has anybody else had problems with this kit and ladies voices? I'm also getting complaints about the sound quality when I call people. Its been back to the dealers, Vospers of Exeter, about 5 or 6 times now to get sorted out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We've practically been told that there is nothing that they can do and its just one of those things. Its been enough to put me off buying Ford again!
