Been flicking through this thread as ive just bought my Galaxy, its a 99 110bhp TDi, noticed a funny smell and didnt realise it had a aux heater, however it dont work, ive read most people change the glow plug, is this a good starting point or try something else first?

Just got me a Galaxy and this seems like a jolly nice place for people like me!
