Thx for the reply MADBAZ, my door wont open, the deadlock is on and also the remote key has stopped working. I am unable to open the door from either the inside or outside, Is there a way to disengage the CL motor so that i can open the door???? Thanks

Thanks for the replys, was thinking i was going to have to take it to Ford. Quick question how do you flick the internal handle ??? :wacko: And also my remote key no longer works is this a faulty key or is it due to the door failing??? Thanks Again Lucy

Hi, I have a Ford Galaxy 51 plate, just recently my driver door has stopped operating. I can no longer open it from the outside or inside. Ive searched the forum but have been unable to find a solution, so far i have been able to remove the door card but now stuck on what to do next to get the door opened and working again. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Lucy
