Hi all, just a curveball this one, watch out if its an auto, they only start on park mode, there is a wee switch to sense park mode, it can drift out of adjustment, if you turn key and tap the gear lever, car starts, i had to give mine a 1/4 turn to resolve, no reocurrence, justa thought, stev fae glasgow,,

hi, had same issues, i had iregular running, coilpack had gone, so got one out a scarppy, lasted 2 weeks, other one whent! I replaced all coil packs and cables, expensive i know, and left the daft cover off the top, as these things are getting cooked on a daily basis, i could see hairline cracks on all the old coilpacks, i think they open up and fail after a short hot run,, Mine has been fine ever since (apart from the blown head gasket ive just replaced and the radiotor thats burst that im changing tonight, hayho, :ph34r:

hi and welcome, have V plate 2.3, i found the side plates on the windscreen exterior needed sealing up with clear silicon, sorted it then, hold a hose up to windscreen, i placed it under one of the wipers, and pull carpet back on footwell, you should see it forming wee runs, has it had a new windscreen, or the trim removed? stev fae glasgow

has same issues in pasenger footwell, it ws the black plastic trim to the exterior of the windscreen, its held on by sticky things, if you remoove it and put it back on, it breaks the seal and water gets in to channel, hence wet feet, found it with the hose trick, so, if anyone has wet feet, and had a new windscreen, i bput money on it its that, as the windscreen guy will not expect to reseal there, just a dab of silicone sorted it,, steve fae glasgow, v plate 2.3,
