I need to do a oil and filter change on a 2001 2.3 16v zetek petrol ,what is the best oil to use?

Hi,i'am looking for a drivers side wiper arm,I have looked in the local scrap yards,ebay ,internet,dose antone have one or know of were to get one at a price can send payment by paypal(dealers price stupid) many thanks
