Had the same problem with my 1.9 Ghia diesel ( 1999 ) It was the mimi blade fuse no 56. Replaced it and lights came back. However it was still showing a fault on the ROS stop and tail light. Changed the bulb with the RNS and the fault hopped over to the other side on the dashboard lights. This obviously confirmed a faulty bulb as opposed to a wiring problem. I ended up changing the bulb 3 times before the fault light finally went. Moral of the storey...Just because you changed the bulb dont discount that one being faulty also.
