About to re-book gal in for a regas due to a leak ( have flashing display on climate control panel on start up ), I have been told previously that the gas is leaking from a plastic servicable part ??? That would easily be replaced. I have no knowledge of air con systems, however I do know that the galaxy has a number of issues with air con. Does any have any idea with this seriveable part is and a rough idea of how much this should cost (ie part and rough cost to fit and regas ???) Any advice suggestions welcome

Current 53 Galaxy 1.9 TDI Ghia wheels looked very tired at the moment with plenty of laqure peeling and minor corrosion and all wheels. Can anyone reccomend a good wheel refurbish in the stockport/manchester area ???

New to this fantastic site and proud owner of 53 reg 1.9 TDI. Time has come to shortly replace front and rear pads and disc ! I am thinking of attempting to replace these myself with the help and guidance from these forums. Can anyone suggest a place to buy disc and pad set ??? I have seen a few on ebay, but a little concerned regarding possible quality of products. Gal used to transport young children and would not like to have brake failure !!!! Any advice for decent product and reasonable price would be great. thanks
