These are brilliant ... our kids love them .. although if a DVD is playing when the car starts the sreens have a tendancy to loose picture ... but our 3 year olds now know how to turn them off and then on again ... which seems to sort the problem out.

I doubt it ... the four of ours she has to look after are probably enough... although she only has the twins during the day :lol:

I'm so glad that I am not the only one who dislikes the operation of the rear wiper... I generally only want to wipe the rear windscreen once... but no ... I have to spray the screen and then fail to wipe the spray off ...

Does anybody have any experience of the RipSpeed 720 ... I was thinking of fitting one myself and would be very interested to hear anyones feedback. Cheers Daysy

As far as I am aware no additional fixings should be required... it just clips in ... so long as you have the clips just behind the middle row of seats.

Hello, I'm a newbie so I thought I should just drop you a note to say hi. I'm the proud (well OK not so proud) owner of a Seat Alhambra (P Plate) Diesel .. owned it from new and now relegated to the car that the nanny drives. I also own a Land Rover Diskovery 300TDi ... my toy really and currently my everyday drive.. and the wife runs a Citroen C8 ... wanted it for the electric doors ... but now we have decided never to buy a Citroen again ... too unreliable, too complicated ... too heavy on the fuel... Our Seat has been dead reliable and brilliant to drive even now... just had the usual niggles including the waterlogged central locking control unit... I hope to be able to help ... so I will be posting a few comments here and there. Daysy.

Help ... I have a 1996 SEAT Alhambra (I know ... and I'm sorry.. it should have been a Galaxy) this has been the best car we ever purchased from a reliability perspective until recently. We moved house in Feb last year and since then have been parking the car under trees ... :20: and loh and behold the shuttle drains got blocked and the central locking control unit went for a swim (well probably several actually). At first the car dried out and all was OK ... apart from the alarm has not worked correctly until recently (control unit replaced) but not only did the alarm, the electric windows and the central locking misbehave ... but the speedo stopped working as well. So, having read the posts from this site and determined what was going wrong and what I needed to do about it I attempted to fix the problem ... cleared the shuttle drains and then looked at the control unit. There was absolutely no way I could fix this without replacing it, it had started to rot the actual circuit board not just the components on it. So I went on a hunt for the unit.. vagcomponents.com can no longer get the part in .. so I had to buy it from a main dealer ... and that hurt a lot... this car is really for the nanny and not my main mode of transport so the cost was a little on the high side (
