  2. Hi, Yes the car does hesitate a little when this happens. The car has done about 55K miles and I had noticed it following a service which included changing front disks and pads and replacing tracking rod. I did think initially it was the new pads bedding in but it hasn't gone away. I will go back to the garage but as i know very little about engines I wanted to go prepared ! thanks for your help
  3. Hello, my TDi Galaxy 2002 sometimes makes a chu-chu-chu sound when pulling away it seems only to happen in first or 2nd gear. it seems only to happen between 1500-2000 revs. it happens when engine hot or cold. its seems more noticeable if pulling away on a hill. if it does happen and i push accelerator then goes away once hit 2000 + revs. If idling on drive and press accelerator then don't get it - only when moving if i drive hard though the first two gears then it doesn't happen Any ideas ?
