He says that he as no problems tuning in the radio in his old unit.

Hi all, ive just sold a ford 6000 rds eon cd player, but the person ive sold it to as told me he is having problems tuning the radio in, he also says the words cd error are on display when he takes the cd out. Know i now the unit was working fine in my car. Can any of you guys help me out. Any advice would be very gratefully recieved.
