Andy, The car is under 3 years old. The fact that it is an ex demonstrator has no bearing on the case. The car is sold new with a manufacturers 3 year warranty to the dealer who uses the car as a demo. When he has finished with the car he then sells it on to you. It must have the remainder of the 3 year manufacturers warranty with it. Ford have no choice but to solve the problem. It clearly isn't a common problem, otherwise there would be more mention of it in this forum or even a vechicle recall from Ford. Are you sure it's not the phone causing the problem......In my opinion Sony Erricson phones are terrible for dropping bluetooth connections randomly. As far as Ford's attitude goes they are dogging their resposibilities. Try mentioning Trading Standars to them that might help them change their minds, it usually works for me with other manufacturers, BBC Watchdog is another good one. Stick with it, and count yourself luck you ain't bought a BMW or Saab.....yuk
