Ah, im not alone in my dispair.... This is my mothers car, she is 62 years old, you would thing that changing a fuse would be a task any car owner would be able to do, but i guess Ford needed a laugh. Thank you for your reply, i guess ill be bringing out the toolbox to destroy this useless piece of plastic.

Is it this fusebox? fusebox Because i am having the same problem, need to get to fuse 7 for the lighter, but why make things easy when they can be nice and difficult? Before i loose my knuckles just making sure this is the same fusebox, any help would be appreciated.
