hello people, I have a ford galaxy 1.9tdi Ghia. Bought used last year. It has a factory fitted DVD Player with twin screens behind the front headrests. TheDVD player is mounted between the driver and front passenger seats on the floor and is to be operated by the middle row passengers. Unfortunately soon after purchasing the car it stopped working and now it rufuses to take in any DVD's. Had it checked by a mechanic who said it has a feed and all the fuses are o.k. The screens operate correctly however as they are linked to the DVD player and therefore we annot view anything because the DVD player does not function properly/take in DVD's. Does anyone have the same problem? Can anyone help and /or give any information on this issue? Does anyone have any idea of where to get a replacement DVD player or the spare parts required? many thanks!
