I have a 2001, 1.9TDi Zetec.... Recently, first thing in the morning or when the car is cold, i cannot select any gears without almost bending the gear lever. I have started to leave car in gear before starting as this is initially easier, but notice that i can feel car pull against handbrake when i start engine. Car has been in for this problem and garage changed master cylinder (so they say, as i cannt see cylinder to see if it looks new), but problem has now returned. Clutch pedal, feels as though its pushing against closed pipe, you know... stiff, not like brake pedal. Gears are obviously stiff when car is moving. Once car has warmed up, or left out in sunshine, gear selection is ok. Clutch has alsways felt heavy and bites at the very bottom of travel. I have looked at fluid level, which is ok. However fluid looks to have tiny bits floating in it. Any ideas??
