Sorry forgot something.... Today as an added bonus the Oil Light started flashing and beeping :( would this have anything to do with the power loss???? or is the flashing a whole new nightmare!!!!!

Hello i wonder if anyone can help... I have 1999 Galaxy Diesel and all of a sudden i have lost power, it feels like the turbo has stopped working altogeather, i have had a look through the various topics on this forum (which has saved me before!!!) and i have checked the actuator arm which seems to move freely and i have tried some 10k boost which did nothing at all!!!!! i have been advised by my local garage that the turbo needs replacing. I have everything crossed that this isnt the case :( Thanks alot Carl
