  1. Hi Dave-G. It's defenitely behind the air conditioning controls. as I move away of them the sound gets wicker. Thanks
  2. It's probably a leak, but the problem is where. I've never done anything in air conditioning so, I'm an absolute zero. Thanks mumof4
  3. Hi Bleeno. Thanks for your reply. the polen filter was changed about two years ago, no longer than that, and I realy hope it's not a snake. nice one. thanks Bleeno
  4. Hello again. I have never used Vegetable oil but I have run my galaxy for about 2 years consecutively with home made bio diesel, at a 50/50 mix with petro diesel with no problems at all. If you are interested in SVO try looking at www.elsbett.de, as they have kits for any car wich comprises an extra tank for oil and probably, depending on car, a new set of injectors. The car will start on diesel and when is warm enough, you switch tothe other tank, and then again to diesel to stop the engine. I hope this is usefull.
  5. Hello peeps. First of all, sorry if my english is not that good. I'm a new member and I'm the owner of a 1999 Ford Galaxy 1.9 TDI glx, wich I acquired when I was living in London. I live in sunny Algarve for a few years now. My problem is as follows. A couple of days ago, I started hearing a hissing noise coming from the fascia, where the manual air conditioning controls are. The sound is not too strong, it's very quiet in fact, enough to be heard. It starts as soon as I start the engine and stops when I turn off the engine. It also stops if, with air conditioning on, I press on the recirculated air knob.I wonder if anyone would be able to help me. I tank you all in advance
