  1. Well went OK - Put the motor on as per old linkage. When I bolted it up I switched on wipers so they cam to rest and then put blades on. Hopefully will last at least 5 years. The motor connector is a swine to get off. As is getting the linkage & underboard, but better in good light and dry. Cheers Rati
  2. Well I've gone a got a new linkage as the plating on my spindles has all gone and I've had to do this job twice now. Last time I removed the motor and got it back wrong so the wipers tried to cross --- panic. Anyway I solved this by undoing the motor nut and running it then doing it up. Looking at mum of 4's post there is an easier way of turning the motor on before bolting it up and fitting the arms. I struggling to understand this can some one xplain this in simple terms please as I'm going to have take the motor off again. Thanks Rati
  3. Thanks By what you've said it looks like I need the pre 2000 fixing kit and not the 2000 on. I'm not able to view the picture in that post? But I'll have a look in some car parks. There are major differences in the kits so I might get the right one but it'll be about
  4. Hi I have an Atera Linea rear door mounted bike rack. I have used and the bikes have not fell off but I have always been concerned about the brackets that clip over the top of the door. The length of the bracket is 10 cm from hook to end, the top of the rear door is about 6cm at edge to 8cm in the middle. The bike rack was for a Galaxy 2000 on. My galaxy was first registered 15/6/00 does this make it a MK2 or MK1 it definately seems different to older models. I just wondering if I should have the pre-2000 brackets. Cheers John
