Had this little item go for the 3rd time in 5 years. On previous occassions have got it done at a garage. Cost about

Dont get too fancy if you dont have a torque wrench, just do them up tight and the a bit more for luck! and a go from there, as long as you dont go to mad as it's you that will have to remove them next time :(

...Dead right bro' those puppies are high tensile so tightened with a 3/8" ratchet should be about right. IIRC a certain torx bit fits fine if you don't have 7 mm allen key (standard crank bolts on old campagnolo chainsets were 7 mm too :blink: )
