john057 Posted January 16, 2010 Report Share Posted January 16, 2010 hi, i changed my front brake pads on my 2007 ford c-max 1.6tdi and now when i start the car the pedal will travel straight to the floor when u push it down, their is also a noise comming from the pedal area that sounds like air is leaking or something. the pedal is ok when the engine is not started. when we replaced the pads we just pushed back the piston in the callipers and left the lid off the brake fluid bottle. i heard that this can flip the seals over but i took off the master cylinder and the seals were 100% so put it back on and blead the brakes and now i still have the problem. does anyone know whats wrong? i have tried everything i can think of Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
