Everyone and his dog is reporting that everything is now in short supply and only kings and politicians will be able to afford them soon. The latest is .......water..... Goldman Sachs.......the bank that brought you "$200 oil is inevitable" (note: they are leading speculators in oil futures.....) have manged to dredge up another deluded "I am important so you must listen" person. Lord Stern, the World Bank's former chief economist, said governments had been slow to accept the awful truth that usable water is running out......... "Water is not a renewable resource. People have been mining it without restraint because it has not been priced properly," he said.
